Just got back from 2 wks leading 12 on a retreat on Bardsey Island in the Irish Sea. So much easier there as slower island life makes more room in minds and hearts for the Lord. Will start work editing the more formal reflections in hoping they will help others. All ate wonderfully and I still manage to lose over 4 lbs! Reflections and weight loss were both badly needed by me!
